It's that time of year again as The HopBarn will host another Departure Lounge Festival Package Holiday on behalf of Derby Theatre and In Good Company.
Please note the deadline for applications is Monday 26th February 2018
Interview date: 9th March
The offer provides an artistic retreat at The HopBarn alongside an opportunity to perform the work at Derby Theatre’s flagship contemporary performance festival ‘Departure Lounge’.
We are looking for work made by artists of colour (Black, Asian, Minority Ethnic - BAME) in recognition of the fact that these artists are currently underrepresented in contemporary theatre and In Good Company ambition to address this imbalance.
The offer:
1 week of free rehearsal space and on-site company accommodation at The HopBarn, a beautiful converted barn in the Nottinghamshire countryside from Monday 2nd – Friday 6th July 2018
Programmed performance at Departure Lounge Festival (Friday 21st July 2018)
Performance fee of £500
