Our HopBarn Studio starts at £20 an hour. A perfect space for your meetings away from the office in a beautiful setting. This studio is also attached to an accommodation which allows corporates away days.
Two large workshop spaces in the barn are available for any creatives to share their passion, knowledge and craft. For large groups, there is option for participants of your workshop to camp on site.

Staging
A suitable stage can be erected for events such as concerts and performances or for conferences and seminars
For theatre and dance rehearsals, the stage is easily stored away helping groups maximise the full use of the venue.

A dance floor can be laid for companies working in dance and physical theatre.
Seating
Seating can be arranged in a variety of ways with the maximum seating capacity:

110 if arranged in typical theatre style arrangement

60 if arranged with small round tables akin to lounge bar seating

50 if arranged in board room style seating with banqueting tables
Disabled Access
Disabled access to the studio and public toilets is available.

Accommodation
The main Hopbarn performance space is also attached to artists
accommodation, complete with onsite parking spaces.
The HopBarn offers self-catering accommodation attached to the main studio, allowing ease of access for artists and groups residing at the venue.
The daily commute to work is therefore relaxing and alleviates the added stress caused by additional travel. In such situations, artists and groups arrive in the studio fresh for the day ahead. Renovated out of a former piggery, grain store and agricultural workshop, the accommodation block comprises of:

The HopBarn is ideal for artistic residencies; whether for initial research and development periods or for more extensive rehearsals and music production. Due to the venue's rural isolation and the attached accommodation, artists and groups have the freedom to work when creatively inspired even if this means working late into the night or early hours.
'The HopBarn itself has been ideal in terms of space. We have all the technical requirements needed for a project in development. The rehearsal room is well equipped, with a kitchen and common room attached. Outside of the large window, we can see the horses graze'

Due to the isolated and quiet location, The HopBarn also makes an ideal venue as a recording studio and can be modified accordingly to suit the varying needs and requirements of any music group or solo musician.
